Gabe Dudley

Gabe is a board-certified Physician Associate and founder of American Riviera Wellness, a Santa
Barbara–based private practice focused on medication management for ADHD, mood disorders,
anxiety, and substance use. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Practice from the Keck
School of Medicine at USC and brings over 13 years of diverse clinical experience spanning
emergency medicine, urgent care, internal medicine and psychiatry.

A long-time Santa Barbara resident, Gabe values immediate accessibility, collaboration, and
down-to-earth, empathetic care. At the Hailey House, he offers a medical perspective that
complements the work of local therapists, helping clients find balance through thoughtful,
evidence-based treatment. He welcomes both adolescents and adults for in-person office and
telehealth visits. Gabe accepts Aetna Insurance (and other PPOs soon) as well as private pay, as
he does run a concierge style practice”
