Group Therapy

EMDR | Trauma-Informed Support

Evidence-based approaches for processing trauma when talk therapy alone isn’t enough. Techniques such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) help release stored stress and promote regulation and safety.

Psychedelic Integration

Professional support for safely integrating altered-state or peak experiences. These sessions provide grounding, meaning-making, and emotional integration following psychedelic or ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP), bridging insight with real-world growth.

Breathwork

 Intentional breath practice to calm the nervous system and expand self-awareness. Guided sessions use rhythmic breathing to release emotional tension, increase clarity, and support deep physiological and psychological healing.

Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes, we offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This brief call allows us to discuss what you're hoping to achieve in therapy, and for both of us to determine if we're a good fit before scheduling a full session.
What are your session fees and accepted payment methods?
Fees vary depending on the practitioner. Please contact individual practitioner. We accept payment via credit card, HSA/FSA cards, and e-transfer. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
Do you accept insurance, and how does that work?
We accept most health insurance programs. Eligibility varies for each practitioner. Please reach out for more information. We also can provide you with a detailed receipt, called a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss your appointment, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
What are your available hours?
We typically see clients Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is primarily an intake session. We'll review paperwork (like confidentiality), and spend most of the time discussing your background, current challenges, and your goals for therapy. It's a chance for us to begin building our therapeutic relationship.
What therapeutic approaches do you use?
Our approaches vary according to each practitioner. Please read individual pages or reach out for more information.
How long will I need to be in therapy?
This varies greatly depending on your goals. Some clients achieve their goals in short-term, solution-focused therapy (12-20 sessions), while others benefit from longer-term, deeper work to explore underlying patterns. We will regularly check in on your progress and re-evaluate our plan.
Do you offer teletherapy (online sessions)?
Yes. I offer secure, confidential teletherapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home, as long as you are physically located in the state of California.
How long is a typical session?
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes in length but vary per practitioner. Please reach out for more information.
